Pimento Cheese

Tips

 Grated cheese has a better flavor than pre-packaged grated cheese

The cheeses will mix together better if they are at room temperature

 Use only real mayonnaise

 When finished mixing, cool in the refrigerator for best results

 Mix the following Ingredients

·      One cup of smoked Gouda cheese   

·      One cup of smoked cheddar cheese

·      One cup of regular sharp cheddar cheese

·      One cup of American cheese

       One bar of room temp Philadelphia cream cheese·     

       One cup of real mayonnaise

·      One cup of chopped roasted peppers or pimentos

·       One finally chopped jalapeño with the seeds removed

·      ¾ cup of fresh bacon pieces

·       ½ cup of roasted nuts, I prefer  pine nuts

·       a dash of Worcestershire shire sauce

·      A dash of white wine  vinaigrette or other vinaigrette
